PS3In the Middle-East, Australia, South Africa, and Europe, the PS3 is shipping out today. Originally, it was annouced that like the Xbox 360, North America, Australia, Asia and Europe would see the Playstation 3 released simultaniously (at the SCE’s 2006 PlayStation Business Briefing) however Sony revised its decision and aimed at one market at a time.

In this case, it was the US and Japan, both released in November last year.

Finally, the rest of the world can enjoy Sony’s version of a seventh-gen console and appreciate the power it offers - twice as powerful as the Xbox 360, fifteen times as powerful as the Nintendo Wii and thirty-five times as powerful as its predecessor, the Playstation 2.

For more information about the PS3, we’ve posted a review on StealthyTech here. The PS3 will make its first appearance in these countries at midnight tonight.

Mac AdvertisementAt rank 34 of BusinessWeek’s “Outstanding Class” list, Apple has made it into the 2007 top list for revolutionising the cell phone market, in the same way it changed the music industry with its iPod.

Praised in BusinessWeek’s Apple Profile’s for its innovation and success in reviving its business. Apple, a once-dominant computing power in the 80’s - to “Microsoft’s whipping boy”, has bounced back and is revitalising its sales, and taking out 90% of the song downloading business.

Though it has taken out only 5% of the PC market, BusinessWeek says, Apple sales are on the rise. At StealthyTech, once again we look at what makes the AppleMac brand so great, and why BusinessWeek chose it to place in the top 50 “outstanding class” companies.

PS3On March 23rd in Europe, Australia and most of Asia, the Playstation 3 will be released. Said to be twice as powerful as the hastily-released Xbox 360, and 15 times as powerful as the Nintendo Wii, the PS3 is expected to storm the market like it did in Japan and the USA back in November last year.

With the unparalleled Blu-Ray Disc high-quality definition of 1080p, a futuristic design that surpasses the skin-styles of the Xbox 360,  and 100% backward compatability with PS1 and PS2 games, the hottest new console competes with the seventh-generation platforms, Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and Nintendo’s Revolution/Wii.

So what else is so great about the Sony Playstation 3?

Google MapsFor quite a long time now there have been stories about how people spend their free time browsing around on Google Maps to see if they could see anything interesting, such as the woman’s face in a natural rock formation ,or weird signs made by roadways. Well just recently as someone was doing one of their boredom killing browses, they accidentally discovered a missile caught on Google Maps in the mid-west portion of Utah.

We of course always knew about the super secret military base held underground at Utah Area 52 and 3/4ths. Want to see it yourself? Too bad. Actually, just kidding. The missile is located at 38 13′36.38″N, 112 17′56.59″W. You can just paste those coordinates in the search bar and click satellite view. The best zoom is the 2nd closest (the 1st closest is not available.) Or you can simply click here. Thank you once again, Google, for hours of entertainment

    (Where is it headed, anyways?)

UPDATE: We’re sorry to get your hopes up, but we’ve recently discovered that the item is not a missile at all, but in fact it’s a small comercial plane. Notice the twin contrail left behind the plane, also the wings, as they’re painted black which does make it look awefully like fins, but apparently we were wrong. Sorry about that ;)

Here’s what Apple has to say about their latest product line: “Say you’ve just downloaded Cars from iTunes. Instead of huddling around your computer to watch, you pop some popcorn while your computer wirelessly syncs your new flick to Apple TV. Then you pull up a seat, put up your feet, and pick up the included Apple Remote to play your movie on TV. Give yourself a hand: You’ve just changed the way you watch digital media.”

    The iMac…
    Posted By: Alex

iMacNot exactly the latest news, but the 24-inch iMac is the latest from Apple - a powerful computer that has demanded customer satisfaction for almost six months.

The monitor, a massive 24-inch liquid crystal display, is professional and stylish, complimenting the standard of 2 gigabytes of memory installed, with a 500 gigabyte hard-disk drive, and a burner to read and write CDs and DvDs. Unlike Microsoft conventionals, This computer will run any of at least three operating systems, and with the Leopard OS X coming out soon, it’ll run it more smoothly than other Macs.

And sitting on your desk at home, that 24-inch crystal display is going to look very impressive…

Well, it would seem every one else has one, so why shouldn’t we? Here is StealthyTech’s view on the whole… Apple iPhone.

The iPhoneIntroducing the Apple iPhone, the latest Apple development that has yet to penetrate the market. A sleek black design is it’s image, but underneath an unparalleled functionality of a phone, the Internet, and a widescreen iPod - and oh yes, touch control!

Released not so long ago in the US and UK, the screen is larger than an iPod or a normal phone, 3.5 inches to be exact - a beautifully modern widescreen. You can use iTunes to get your songs on your iPhone, as usual, but as you’ve read - iPhone is so much more, combining the three areas of our modern world into one portable - 4.5 x 2.4 x 0.46 inch - iPhone.
