Stealthytech.com has recently been a victim of server hard drive failure. What’s bad about that? Well, about a years worth of posts have vanished. But now you’re saying, Alex, why don’t you back up such a big website? Well, the answer is simple. At that exact same time of the hard drive failure on our server, there was a surge which blew out the off location computer that although was surge protected, still suffered major damage. The backups were lost up until one from months ago that was luckily stored in an e-mail attachment. So we do feel lucky that our web template and WordPress settings and all that jazz were not lost as that would set us back a few more months.
Our tech team and myself are working very hard on trying to recover more data, but it’s looking like this is all that we can muster up. Thanks for your support, and I’m dearly sorry to any of our fans. Afterall, we know there are lots of dissapointed faces out there.
We’re trying hard to fix it, which may also affect updates on the blog, so just hang in there and we’ll all get through this together!

Edit: Okay, so a bit of an update. Everything you see now is all we were able to recover. As it turns out, when I thought we didn’t lose our custom theme stuff, we actually did as what I was seeing was just a cache and it somehow survived the whole night until I flushed it, which somehow also got rid of every single image in every single post. (Imagine my face once I did!) Things are starting to get back to the way they were however and we’re still working around the clock to get us back in full swing! So thanks for stickin’ with us ![]()
