Lightmare LED Watch

You’ll probably see a lot of watches on StealthyTech, honestly. There are a lot of cool tech watches out there. This one however is a nifty LED watch that is made up of 30 LEDs.

The four medium sized LEDs in the middle represent the one minute increments between the 5 minute marks on a standard analog clock, the largest represent the hour, and of course the outer ring represents the minute hand. The tiny ones in the center represent AM/PM. The body is stainless steel, with a polyurethane rubber strap.

  • Uses a unique LED pattern for time display
  • Stainless steel case
  • Polyurethane Rubber strap
  • Water resistant to 30 meters
  • Uses a CR2032 lithium battery
  • Width: 1 5/8″, Thickness: 1/2″
  • One year warranty

Lightmare LED will certainly add some style to your wrist for a sum of $159.00 USD at Amazon.com The One - Lightmare .

[…] This is the second timepiece we’ve reported on, but like I said in the Lightmare LED Watch article, there will be a few. This one is quite unique, it will bring out the true geek in you! This clock is certainly a stylish addition to any geeks room. It features an LED interface which displays the time in binary format. If you don’t know what binary is, then well.. you need help. If you can’t read the times displayed on the image to the left, then you just need to keep reading! The clock is read in binary, as you already know. Each LED represents a value, and multiple LEDs lit in one column tells you to add them together. It increases by twos going up: 1, 2, 4 and so on. The image at the right will explain everything, and make some of you go “Ohhhhh, I get it!” The clock by default displays in “powers of two” mode, but can be switched to true binary mode (using the binary coding of 32/16/8/4/2/1). As you can depict from the images, the clocks come in a variety of colors, like red, blue, and silver. You can get your very own from ThinkGeek ranging from $20 to $28. […]
