Hover BoardMoore’s law states that every 18 months, technology will double in advancement. So far this has actually held true. Just take a look at the way flash memory has developed, all multiples of 2, starting at 16. But it’s been a long time since a total revamp of the way we travel, as far as cars go anyhow. It’s been the same old gasoline powered engine for years and years.

But that’s about to change, or will do so in the near future. HoverTechech has spent 15 years researching and developing the technology we need in order achieve the goal of a hover car, or hover board. A recent discovery by Bill Butler named “Magneto-Ion Theory” may make this possible, and a lot faster, too. Just take a look at some of the details:

Magneto-Ion works simply by producing an eddy current in very heavily ionized air, and thenJetBoard repelling them with an electromagnet field. Since the eddy currents are injected right into the air, this would enable whatever vehicle it’s equipped on to hover over almost any terrain, including water, rocky terrain, roads (duh, what would this technology be good for it didn’t work on roads?) grass and other terrains. Which means in a few years things such as major cargo ships could travel along the sea without actual touching the water.

Some of the great things about this technology is that it has zero emissions. Even the hydrogen theory has emissions (even though it’s pure water, but still it’s emission. You can imagine the whole water mess along the roads, especially when it’s below freezing…)

Standard hover craft today, which are powered by gasoline propelled fan systems, have an energy efficiency of only 20%. Meaning, of the energy produced by burning gas, only 20% of that energy will actually go towards moving the vehicle. All the other energy is put into keeping the craft levitated, and also keeping it stable. A vehicle powered by Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage, or SMES, could reach energy storage efficiencies as high as 95%.

Hover CarBasically the most plausible theory, magneto-ion theory, is a high efficient travel method that doesn’t require rails. Only two simple components, an electromagnet and an electric field, are needed to make this happen, and both aren’t that hard to obtain, and are relatively cheap to produce. And when they’re tuned to the precise frequencies, they can produce a powerful levitating force which is not only fun, environmentally harmless, and can travel over any non-ferrous terrain with great speed, completely silent thanks to the fact that there are no moving parts!

The applications are endless, from endless entertainment and recreation on mini roller blade versions, hover boards, or vehicles such as cars and trucks, or even freight such as large cargo ships and semi trucks. And with the Magneto-Ion theory, it finally is possible.
